What is your policy for damaged products?
For the pontoons we require a $500 Reservation deposit that Automatically changes to a Damage deposit upon delivery of your rental. When you return your rental back undamaged your deposit will be refunded back to your card within 5 to 7 business days. Kayaks will require a $50 reservation/damage deposit and that will be refunded the same way.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, visa, or mastercards. We can also send you an paperless invoice for you to pay online for a contactless payment method.
What is your service area?
We will deliver the pontoons for a fee based off mileage from Hibbing Mn.Â
Kayaks will be your responsibility to haul, unless renting a pontoon also.
